Begin loading in at 9:30am - Do NOT show up early.

Park in the lot for The Foundry or pull up next to the ramp for load in. No cars should be parked in front of the garage doors* at any time.

OK to load in via garage door but you must move your car before setting up.

Move your car to a spot at the back of the lot after loading in/before setting up to make room for other makers to load in. Those with limited mobility may, of course, park where comfortable.

Review the map below before loading in. Your space will be marked with your business name

Load out: Do not start packing up before 4pm.
ALL vendors must be completely cleared out of The Foundry by 5:00pm

Those with mobility issues can load in through the regular door next to the garage door if the garage door is closed.

If you need assistance loading in/out via the big parking lot, let Marie know. We have carts and know people who have strong muscles.

With 40+ vendors and hundreds of shoppers, parking needs to be made available to shoppers as a first priority.

After loading in by the ramp or stairs please move your car to the far end of the lot to make space for patrons. If you need to park closer, just ask Amber or Marie where to park.

If you provided your facebook link in your application + paid your vendor fee, I will add your name the vendor list on facebook add the event to your Facebook page.

Send FB invites to people who you think will want to attend. We’re running ads, but it helps us reach more of the right people if we teach facebook who might walk through the door.

We have a healthy ad budget to support digital content.

A. $65 indoor space with room for a 6ft table
B. $90 Indoor space with room for a 6ft table and ~3ft of rack or side table space. (LIMITED)
C. $125 indoor space with room for 2 6ft tables (VERY LIMITED)

You should have received a Square invoice and an email from Amber and Marie. Payment is due now.

Once payment is received, you will be added to the vendor list and are eligible for the content calendar.

Standard Single - room for a standard 6 ft table. Expect to have neighbors to your left, right, and behind you. NO space for extra tables or racks.

Extra Space - room for a standard 6ft table as well as ~3ft of rack or side table space. You’ll most likely have neighbors to your left, right, and behind you. No racks behind your chair.

Double space - room for 2+ tables or additional racks.
canopy tents are ok, but NO tent walls.
You’ll most likely have neighbors to your left, right, and behind you.

Outdoors - you must have a 10 x 10 canopy tent with at least 20lbs of weight per leg. NO EXCEPTIONS.

6" table and chairs, decorations, signage, business cards, stickers, pen, paper, table cloth, card reader, cash for change, hand sanitizer, extension cords, lighting, hotspot, etc. If you have a 10x10 space, tent canopies and 401b weight per leg are required

NO RUGS for single spaces it’s a safety hazard

Please respect your neighbor’s space. Only two people can be behind your table at any time.

This is a rain or shine event. with vendors both inside and outdoors. All inside for any extreme weather.

We are a curated market and your placement on the map is based on the category of items that you are selling.

DO NOT COME if you are feeling sick or if you have recently been in contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID

Pizza, sandwiches, and soft drinks are available to order from the bar, along with Basic City’s beer, cocktails, and a limited selection of cider and wine. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. It’s ok for you to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.

Vegan cheese available for pizza etc.

Can’t step away from your table? no problem. Marie can start a tab for you. You will get a buzzer for your food order.

Do not come if you are not feeling well.

Refund requests must be made 14+ days before the event. We can not promise a refund on cancelations less than 2 weeks out.

Vendor fee is due immediately. If you cannot pay your fee on time, contact us to let us know. After three reminders your invoice will be canceled if we do not hear from you and you will not be eligible for future markets.

No shows/no calls will not be eligible for future events and programs.

DM @basicmakersmarket with reels/ send photos on IG or email us a few photos of products you’ll have for sale and maybe one of your face (if you feel like it) We’ll use these for social media, so let us know if you have any specific language we should use.
